Payment is due in full once the order has been submitted.

All orders placed online or by phone will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.

If you submitted your order by phone and paid by money order or cashier’s check, your order will be processed once all funds have cleared. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

Proofing
Once your order is processed and confirmation is sent, we will begin your proof. You will receive a PDF proof via your choice of e-mail (recommended for a more accurate view) or fax within 5-7 days. You will need Adobe Reader to view your proof.

Please take the time to review your proof carefully. You can then approve via e-mail or faxed signature.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the proofing process. One round of changes are included with your order. Each additional round of changes will incur a fee of $25.00. With each round of changes, a new proof will be sent within 5-7 days. However, if there are no changes, this process will be much quicker.

Blushing Bettie is not responsible for overlooked errors. Your signed proof indicates that you have agreed for Blushing Bettie to produce your order exactly as it appears.

Once your proof has been approved, a refund cannot be given.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by Blushing Bettie. A sample of our shipping and handling rates can be found on our Policies page. Rates apply to shipments within the continental United States. For shipments outside of the continental United States, additional charges will apply.

Additional services such as insurance or required signature are also available. If you are interested in these services, please contact us for rates.

Blushing Bettie is not responsible for damages incurred in shipping.
